About Mike

Mike joined the Bronswick team in December 2014 as a Tax Manager. Mike has 27 years of public accounting experience. He specializes in working with the owners of Pass Through entities to minimize both the entities and the owner’s tax exposure through proactive tax planning and consulting.

Mike also works with individuals who don’t own businesses to help them minimize their tax liability and keep them in compliance by keeping up with the current tax laws to ensure his clients are taking advantage of every tax deduction and tax credit that they may be entitled to. He also has experience in trust, estate and gift taxation along with representing businesses and individuals with IRS and state tax audits.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Additionally, Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Mike is a guest adviser to the Illinois CPA Society Flow-Through Taxation Committee.
