He joins the firm as a Tax Principal and will participate in overall growth of the firm. Gabe\u2019s experience lies in tax planning, compliance and controversy for corporations, partnerships, privately held companies, and individuals.<\/p>\n

Mr. Tsui\u2019s previous experience has been with local boutique law firms and Big Four accounting firms. He has developed and executed tax strategies, planned international tax structures, represented individuals and entities in dispute matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state revenue departments, and handled tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations, and trusts and estates.<\/p>\n
